Key Responsibilities:
🔹 IT support and maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot computers, networks, and software used for training.
🔹 Lab management: Ensure that systems, tools, and software are updated and functional in computer labs.
🔹 Technical assistance: Assist instructors and students in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting technical tools.
🔹 Software and hardware setup: Install and configure operating systems, IDEs, and programming tools as required for courses.
🔹 Security and data management: Ensure data backups, cybersecurity, and smooth system performance.
🔹 Networking & Server Management: Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and manage local service cloud storage if needed.
🔹 Project and event support: Provide technical support for online sessions, webinars, and IT-related events.
🔹 Administration Support: Registration, maintenance charges, attendance, and assistance to all classes.
Requirements:
📌 Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT administration, or educational IT management.
