JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor network performance and conduct Level-1 troubleshooting
- Escalate and coordinate with fiber vendors
- Handle enterprise client complaints via TT systems and restore services
- Configure LDI Nodes
- Provide technical coordination with clients
REQUIREMENTS:
📚 EDUCATION:
- B.E/BS in Telecom, Electrical, Computer Systems, or Electronics Engineering
🛠EXPERIENCE:
- Fresh graduates to 1 year of experience
