JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled EBS iSupplier Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) iSupplier Portal. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for suppliers, ensuring seamless adoption of the iSupplier functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training materials, including training videos and user guides for Oracle EBS iSupplier Portal.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for suppliers on iSupplier registration, navigation, purchase order management, invoicing, and reporting.
• Assist suppliers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to iSupplier functionalities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management within EBS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training content for different supplier backgrounds.
• Problem-solving skills.
